The "Safe Space" Staff Wellbeing Initiative Combat "silent burnout" and improve teacher retention through confidential, facilitated advocacy. We provide a secure platform for staff to voice concerns and collaborate on solutions without SLT presence, bridging the gap between classroom reality and school vision through anonymised, high-level feedback loops.
