Pupil Breakthroughs: The "Unlock" Programme

For: Designed for disengaged pupils who are "low engagement" rather than "low ability," including those struggling with attendance or ADHD-related barriers.

The Focus: Motivation, mindset, and exam readiness for Year 5/6 (SATs) and Year 9/10 (GCSEs).
The Approach: Cognitive coaching that identifies mental blocks, builds resilience, and encourages pupils to take ownership of their learning.
The Result: Improved attainment, reduced classroom disruption, and students who are future-proofed with essential soft skills.

Half-Day Workshop £500

Small groups (4-6 pupils per group) in rotation.

6-Week Intervention £2,500

1 day per week for 6 weeks. High impact, high data-tracking for SATs/GCSEs .(10 max. pupils per gp)

1 to 1 session £50

Per session/per pupil (if booking as a specific cohort) 1 hr session minimum x 3 pupils per booking

Staff Wellbeing: The "Safe Space" Initiative

For Teaching and Support Staff. Facilitated sessions (without SLT presence) to map cultural pain points and move towards solution-focused dialogue.

The Challenge: Reduced retention and mental fatigue caused by staff feeling unheard in high-pressure environments.
The Solution: Confidential advocacy sessions that map pain points and encourage solution-focused dialogue.
The Impact: Staff feel valued and protected, while the school receives a gold-standard roadmap for refining its culture and ethos.

After School Coaching: £250

School staff coaching session (Up to 1.5 hrs)

Half-Day Intensive: £300

1 session (approx. 3 hrs). Best for a single department or small primary team.

Full-Day "Deep Dive": £500

Multiple sessions/cohorts. Includes a summary report for SLT on systemic findings.

Termly Retainer: £2,000 per term

4 full-day visits (one per month) to track cultural shift and solution implementation.

The Senior Leader Sanctuary

For Senior Leaders and Middle Leaders. A confidential, external thinking partner to process high-stakes stress without judgment.

For those carrying the responsibility of others. Leadership is often a lonely place. I act as a neutral "thinking partner" to help you process stress and lead with authenticity.

The Sanctuary: 1-to-1 executive coaching for Headteachers, founders, and team leads.
Culture Diagnostics: Identifying the roadblocks that hinder team cohesion and performance.
Outcomes: Objective perspective on difficult staff decisions and reduced burnout.

The "Stabiliser" (3 sessions): £600

The "Full Cup" (6 sessions): £1000

Single Ad-hoc Session: £250
